1. How does pricing work?
Every project is different, so we provide custom quotes based on the scope, location, and usage of each shoot. Reach out with your project details and we'll get back to you with a tailored proposal.
2. What is the turnaround time?
Most projects are delivered within 5–7 business days. For larger productions, delivery may take up to 2 weeks. Need your images sooner? We offer expedited turnaround for an additional fee.
3. Do you offer commercial licensing and buyout?
Yes. All projects include a standard 1-year commercial license. Extended licenses (3 years, 5 years) and full perpetual buyout are available at an additional cost — just let us know your needs when you inquire.
4. Do you shoot on location or in studio?
Both. We shoot on location, at your premises, or at an external space depending on the project requirements. We're flexible and will work with whatever setup suits your vision best.
5. How many photos will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the scope of the project and the brief. This will be outlined and agreed upon before the shoot begins so there are no surprises.
6. What does retouching include?
Full professional retouching is included with every project — skin and fabric smoothing, color grading, object removal, background cleanup, and anything else needed to deliver a polished final image.
